The quality assurance and control is of great importance for solar modules. The flawless operation of the modules is the basis for efficient power generation, long service life and fast amortization of acquisition costs. To guarantee this unobstructed operation, we use a quick, simple and reliable method to revise the efficiency of a solar module after assembly.
The advantages are obvious.
Conspicuousnesses can be clearly detected on a thermal image and – in contrast to other methods – thermographic cameras can be used to examine installed solar modules, even while they are in operation.
For particularly critical cases (cell breakage and micro-fissures) we can expand the test to include the more technically complex electroluminescence method.
